The following are my terms of service for commissioning me. If you are found violating my rules, I will NOT accept future commissions from you.
Use for AI learning and/or NFT's is strictly prohibited.
Payment is required up front before I begin.
I will offer 1-2 sketches in the early planning stages for client revision purposes (let me know if you prefer doing this via email, Discord, etc.)
I reserve the right to use your commission as an example piece for future commissions and/or to post on social media with credit (please clarify if this is not okay, and I will honor that decision).
Money will be refunded if the commission is deemed not feasible, or if life prevents me from finishing said art in a timely manner. (If you have a deadline, please let me know when commissioning, and I will prioritize your request).
Shipping out prints is currently not financially feasible, but I will look into adding this option if/when my financial situation improves.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Please let me know how to refer to you when we're communicating (name, pronouns, etc.), as I know not everyone goes by the legal name listed on their order!
